It's the feel good trend that appeared literally overnight - the #nomakeupselfie
The premise is easy and will make you feel good this Friday, just take a selfie of your face with no makeup on (not even a slick of lipgloss - we're watching you!) and text BEAT to 70099 to donate £3 to Cancer Research - try and post the screenshot of your donation text alongside your bare face to encourage others!
If you're of the male persuasion and also want to get involved, lots of guys have either been donating alongside their bare face (also with the hashtag nomakeupselfie) or actually donning a full face of makeup - so get involved lads, cancer affects everyone and anyone so there's no excuse not to!
